Time: 9:00-12:00

Cost: Free

Professional Development Hours:  Following completion of the course, attendees will receive a 3-hour PDH certificate.

Who should attend:

  • Geologists, hydrologists, field technicians, project managers (i.e. anyone interested in better managing and improving results at groundwater sampling sites.)

Seminar topics:

  • History of Low-Flow Groundwater Sampling (Regulation, Methodology, Guidance)
  • Federal & State Low-Flow Sampling Requirements
  • Introduction of the In-Situ, Inc. Digital Low-Flow Sampling Platform
  • Hands-on, individual Instruction on system programming, operation, and data management.
  • Simulated Low-Flow Sampling Events
  • Digital Sample Collection, Stabilization, and Report Preparation

Learning outcome:  At the end of the workshop, participants will have a strong background in the history and regulatory requirements of low-flow sampling, and will be able to preprogram and manage their low-flow sampling projects using an In-Situ, Inc. – Digital Low-Flow Sampling Platform.
